His dharma talk is like a direct transmission from reality itself grounded, spacious, and radically present. His words don’t try to teach you about Zen. There’s no fluff, no over-explaining. He speaks from the ground of being, and you feel it in your body, in your breath, in the silence between sentences.
To me this podcast is the vanguard of contemporary American Zen Buddhism, it respects tradition but speaks from a place of lived wisdom and experience in the 21st century. Because of this podcast, for the first time in my life I’m consistently practicing and think of myself as part of a Sangha.
Not cheesy. Thank you so much for posting.
A wonderful guide on my journey into buddhist practices. Zenki Dillo is sparkling on all sides.
The approach is extremely normalized and ready for the realities of modern life. Dillo is really helpful with how to integreat meditation and mindfulness into simple parts of your day. I highly recommend.
