Like having drinks with the coolest looking person at the parade, hearing some wild stories, getting great costume tips, and finding out they’re a really good person too.
I love the long meandering stories that directly connect decades of gorgeous art and debauchery with New Orleanian’s impressive ability to show up for each other during the hard times.
