Este espacio en el que diferentes mujeres se dan cita para compartir sus experiencias como corredoras y en general. Pienso que las necesidades de las mujeres en cuanto al deporte, la nutrición, la mente, las pruebas, erc tienen un matiz diferente que el de los hombres, por eso este podcast es perfecto e imprescindible para toda chica que corre, ha corrido o quiere empezar a correr.
