Loved this podcast. So much to learn and Susie and Celeste left me motivated with more in my arsenal about food, energy, and lifestyle to make dietary changes. I love the idea of having a relationship with your food and your food community. I’m hopeful there will be more conversations like this that are real and inspiring.
