Tom is the man who I routinely turn to for all kinds of health-related questions and information.

Of course there’s no shortage of that anywhere but I’ve learnt virtually everything we’re brought up to believe is complete nonsense.

It’s fear-driven propaganda to ensure we keep outsourcing our health, that’s where the money is.

This outstanding podcast could and should make you rethink everything you thought was true, this time with real science.

I found Dr Tom in 2020 and never looked back. It was a tough pill to swallow discovering this empowering information but once you see the lies you gain a freedom that is priceless.

Q&A Webinar from May 20th, 2026
Q: What should people test for in the water?
Dr. Cowan suggests focusing on contaminants and toxicology, mentioning pesticides and glyphosate, with a glance at bacteria/coliform counts as a signal of fecal contamination, and then considering mineral content like silica.
Q&A Webinar from February 12th, 2025
Q: How do you approach diagnosing a condition like a sexually transmitted infection without assuming bacteria or viruses are the cause?
Emphasizes testing the assumption that bacteria or viruses are the sole cause; promotes considering psycho-emotional factors, exposure to products, and individual contexts, and argues for experiments that isolate variables to test causation rather than assuming a pathogenic origin.
Q&A Webinar from February 12th, 2025
Q: What is your position on vitamin A and its supposed role in immunity and fertility?
Vitamin A is questioned as a necessary nutrient in the traditional sense; the speaker suggests that real foods (like grass-fed butter and cod liver oil) provide the needed benefits without relying on synthetic vitamins, arguing that the nutrient concept may be unsupported or misapplied in conventional science.
Q&A Webinar from February 5th, 2025
Q: Do polio vaccines demonstrate a concrete virus cause, or is the history more nuanced in your view?
From a New Biology perspective, the polio story is complex and not definitive of a virus-only cause; it emphasizes that historical interpretations can be questioned and that vaccines involve more variables than a simple causative virus.
Q&A Webinar from February 5th, 2025
Q: What is your stance on genetic modification and regulation of food production?
There is a distrust of blanket governmental controls; individuals should inform themselves and take personal responsibility for choices, while recognizing that organic transparency and education about food sources can empower better health decisions.
