Tom is the man who I routinely turn to for all kinds of health-related questions and information.

Of course there’s no shortage of that anywhere but I’ve learnt virtually everything we’re brought up to believe is complete nonsense.

It’s fear-driven propaganda to ensure we keep outsourcing our health, that’s where the money is.

This outstanding podcast could and should make you rethink everything you thought was true, this time with real science.

I found Dr Tom in 2020 and never looked back. It was a tough pill to swallow discovering this empowering information but once you see the lies you gain a freedom that is priceless.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Q&A from March 19th, 2025
Q: What do you think about sleep apnea and are there good alternatives to CPAP machines?
Sleep apnea is discussed as a modern label for a set of problems that may relate more to body composition, muscle tone, and overall health rather than a standalone disease; emphasis is placed on achieving ideal weight and improving muscle integrity, with CPAP framed as an optional tool rather than a fundamental solution.
Q&A from March 19th, 2025
Q: Explain warts and herpes in a world where viruses don't exist.
Warts and herpes are framed as the body's elimination patterns rather than specific diseases caused by a virus; there is skepticism about isolating a causative virus and a focus on how the body uses various manifestations to cleanse itself, with emphasis on examining the evidence for claimed viruses and considering alternative explanations such as toxins or inflammatory processes.
Q&A from March 19th, 2025
Q: I'm almost deaf and have had ear infections since childhood; is there any way to reverse this given the patterns of hearing loss you described?
The approach starts with categorizing hearing loss into three main patterns: blockage from wax, middle ear fluid or tissue, and nerve dysfunction. The first step is a careful examination by a clinician to determine whether wax, fluid, or nerve issues are driving the problem, followed by targeted interventions addressing the specific pattern rather than assuming a single cause.
Q&A Webinar from May 20th, 2026
Q: What should people test for in the water?
Dr. Cowan suggests focusing on contaminants and toxicology, mentioning pesticides and glyphosate, with a glance at bacteria/coliform counts as a signal of fecal contamination, and then considering mineral content like silica.
Q&A Webinar from February 12th, 2025
Q: How do you approach diagnosing a condition like a sexually transmitted infection without assuming bacteria or viruses are the cause?
Emphasizes testing the assumption that bacteria or viruses are the sole cause; promotes considering psycho-emotional factors, exposure to products, and individual contexts, and argues for experiments that isolate variables to test causation rather than assuming a pathogenic origin.
