I did not at all appreciate the interview with David Meinz for two primary reasons. First, he appeared to place his counsel above the counsel of God as recorded in the Holy Bible. Second, he referred to an experiment that involved one person—himself. That is anecdotal evidence that I would not regard valid for the purposes of giving advice on nutrition to your audience.. I acknowledge that I have not read his book—perhaps there is more substantial evidence there to support his claims.
