En esta ocasión, continuamos viendo los aspectos legales de la exhibición personal; y el procedimiento del mismo.
Iniciamos a ver las generalidades de la garantía constitucional del hábeas corpus o exhibición personal, para qué se usa, y su regulación legal.
En esta ocasión, concluimos con el tema del amparo. Discutimos lo relativo al contenido de la sentencia de amparo, sus efectos y los medios de impugnación que procede interponerse en la tramitación de un amparo y en qué casos.
Continuamos analizando el amparo provisional, y cómo se procede cuando el mismo es decretado, o en su defecto, no se decreta. Asimismo, brevemente iniciamos el análisis de lo relativo a los medios de prueba en el proceso de amparo.
