从事口吃矫正将近十年了，这十年中，我见证了无数职场人的辛酸和无奈。能力并不比别人差，但就是因为口吃而无法表达，开会、汇报工作，与客户交流都是难以逾越的鸿沟，那一刻的自卑与绝望，无人能懂，也经常成为别人眼中的笑话。德祥，便是其中的一位。
德祥，出生在黑龙江大庆市，从小严重口吃将近二十年，难发，卡顿。大学毕业后自信满满的进入职场，却因口吃变得焦虑不安，甚至无法完整地说出一句话，在职场上举步维艰，痛不欲生。

每个人的心中都藏着一个梦想，劲蕊的梦想是能够成为一名侃侃而谈的讲师，然而，这个梦想却因为她近30年的口吃，而变得遥不可及。口吃使她极度的自卑和敏感，同事们的排挤，嘲笑和孤立，无疑是雪上加霜。
2023年在吃友的介绍之下来到爱修园，参加了十月份的网络课程。
刚进入爱修园学习的劲蕊急于求成，渴望能够迅速摆脱口吃的困扰，一步登天，但却忽略了学习是一个循序渐进的过程，不认真的学习和无效的练习让她倍感挫败。

潘正爱就是其中的一员，从小学五年级开始严重口吃，自卑敏感，后来因为家庭变故，口吃更加严重，接近失声，师范毕业之后，作为当时非常抢手的英语专业毕业生，原本有美好的未来，却因为口吃无缘三尺讲台，被迫开始流浪式的工作。

2022年，我受上海演讲俱乐部的邀请，去做了一场关于口吃矫正的主题分享。那天的分享感动了很多人，也结识了很多朋友，这其中就包括凌峰。凌峰当时的口吃非常严重，用他的话说，如果口吃十级最严重，他肯定是九级以上。
通过四个月的学习，凌峰的口吃彻底上岸。
口吃上岸后，凌峰开始录制视频，做自媒体，传播建筑文化，一路开启全新人生今年，凌峰来到线下集训班为师弟师妹们分享成功经验。
