  • Educational but often one-sided

I am learning a lot from this podcast and it’s extremely interesting. I do, however, get disappointed when I hear their one-sided views on Israel, blaming everything on Hamas is so blind and hypocritical, and quite frankly delusional. Israel is as much to blame for what is happening in Gaza and now in fact, have turned into the same oppressors that they fled Europe to escape.

  • Aimen’s personal experiences clouds the facts

I really enjoyed Conflicted before and even recommended it to others. However, the take on Gaza (quite literally blaming Hamas for the genocide of Palestinians!) and language used to describe what’s going on is very pro-Israel propaganda. Aimen actually said that the death toll of Palestinians are relatively low because Israel gave them warning and time to evacuate before bombing them! How insane, that makes it much better, does it? He’s personally got an issue with Iran, and therefore everythin... more

  • A Wasted Opportunity

The show would be more interesting if the hosts were more subtle in their admiration for the wisdom of Xi Jinping & the supremacy of the Chinese Communist Party in all things, the only respect Dean evinces for any non-monarchical government.

  • Khashoggi death

Just listened to this episode. So Khashoggi caused his own death because he was unwilling to be sedated and died in the ensuing struggle/overdose. Then they chopped him up as per the usual protocol for kidnaps that go wrong. MBS did not authorise his murder. Sorry I don’t believe a word.
