When I came across Sarai on instagram something just clicked with her than anyone else. So I decided to give her podcast a try and I’m only 3 episodes in (late start) it seems I listen to her or come across her at the right moment in my life. Between her instagram and podcast there is always something I need to hear right then and there that I needed. Thank you Sarai I am so thankful I came across you when I did
Sarai is knowledgeable and so relatable. Her energy is genuinely calming and her presence is safe and comforting. She is easy to listen to and has provided me with some life changing supports. I love this podcast and am so thankful I have finally found it. Thank you Sarai, for this incredible, safe and supportive podcast.
I just trust her… and I love that the F word is everywhere in her mouth! lol
I’ve been following Sarai for years on Instagram- didn’t even think to look up her podcast! Until I happened to catch her live on IG. Her transparency and honesty made me look for more. The meditations actually work. They make me laugh, feel human and even cry. Her voice, tempo and background music are spot on. It doesn’t grate my nerves, sound like I’m in a haunted house or feel like it’s just lip service.
Sarai popped insta my feed with her delicious potty mouth. Laughter in the face of fear. Joy spread like Vegemite on toast with heaps of real butter. hmm…I’m hungry 🦘😎PeteJJ
