To me, I like the tone of Elaine in the podcast that she is so real and so personal to talk about feelings and experiences living in the community and stating or running a business; at the same time, this podcast provides information and knowledge about wellbeing for anyone and any entrepreneur that is relevant.
I love the compassionate way Elaine conducts interviews. Her guests are all unique, providing inspirational insights. The podcasts always fly by because I’m so engrossed in the content and delivery.
I just love the space that Elaine holds for her guests and the gentleness& calm with which she asks thought-provoking questions.
Such wisdom and insight results from these conversations.
I LOVED the episode on navigating career transitions as a 1st gen immigrant with her brother Daryl!
I’ve only just started listening to Elaine’s podcast and I’ve binged several episodes already. I’m just hooked! She’s so genuine and so relatable. It’s rare to find a coach that truly cares not only about professional success but also our well-being equally. And that’s so important and an eye-opener as well because when we’re hustling we lose sight of that and her podcast has brought me back to sanity, every time!
This podcast has been so helpful for my whole journey from thinking of leaving my professional job, the navigation of what’s next, the pondering of non-profit work, to the “welp, I’m gonna create my own business”. Elaine-Lou talks candidly about her experiences which resonate with my own. I’ve also gone on to follow her guests because they are top-notch. I’m a big fan!
