Only complaint: why isn’t there more of this every week? Genuine, unpretentious, and most of all engaging. Rob doesn’t have a formula for his interviews, he just does his thing. If you are trying to start out in roasting or simply know more about the cup that you drink, start from the beginning of his journey and grow with his interviews. Lots of undervalued information to be dug up in his interviews, take notes - you will find a treasure chest full of coffee info in his conversations.
Rob has delivered what I think is very much needed in the coffee industry. A methodical and thoughtful approach to coffee. I love his ability to ask deeper questions and at the same time keep things simple enough where the listener can understand. That’s where transformation happens. Thanks, Rob!
