Coach Jay Johnson’s content has dramatically impacted the way we approach training our high school T&F and XC runners by reinforcing the things we were already doing well and challenging us to rethink the areas where we struggled. The podcast is well-planned and edited nicely.
I look forward to each new episode that comes out. Great podcast!

As a coach we can’t stop learning, Jay helps us all continue to think deeply about our programs and why we do what we do with culture and training. These podcasts makes my long solo runs go by fast!
This is my first year, coaching. Without Jay Johnson and the resources he brings to th table, I would have been much less effective. My teams ended up winning the regional championship and placed 2nd and 3rd at states. Their best combined result ever. Much of the credit goes to what I learned from mentors like Jay Johnson.
