This show has been a balm and I’ve been delighted to share it with friends and family. Eagerly awaiting the next episodes. Thank you, Holly!
Raw, vulnerable topics discussed in a thoughtful and powerful way. Provides me with a portal and insight into how different groups in society are feeling right now, that I would otherwise not be connected with.
I am a longtime follower of Holly Whitaker, going back to Home Podcast and Hip Sobriety School. Holly was and continues to be a pivotal figure in my sobriety,
recovery and subsequent divine awakening. Hearing her voice in this podcast and the raw, honest subject matter she’s so willing to cover scratches an itch in my brain that only she can. co-regulation is supplying oxygen to me in the thick, suffocating smoke of horrors that seem unending.
Holly’s willingness to be honest, funny and open sets this podcast apart and makes it one of my favorites. She shares a lot of hard won wisdom that is so helpful during these difficult and chaotic times.
Her interviews with guests are more like conversations with really smart, fun, interesting friends than some of the typical podcast interviews out there. Definitely recommend!
Really makes me feel less alone about issues around social media addiction and current issues around mental health etc etc. Thank you!!
