I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for a podcast before but I just had to today. As a busy full time shift worker who struggles with ADHD which leads to procrastination and sometimes feeling overwhelmed at where to even start, my house was a mess when I got up this morning but now it’s clean, tidy and smells fresh.
