  • Good choice of topics…

I just listened to the episode with Robby. I really appreciate this podcast has highlighted an important, yet overlooked, lack in this city when it comes to disability access.

Robby was such a good guest for you to choose. I could relate to him so much. Thank you for asking him thoughtful questions.

If your ideas and guests continue to be this good, consider me a loyal listener.

Y’all, Nashville Needs a New Flag.
Q: What is your idea for the flag design?
Symbols that when people see them, they know what they mean, like a Greek style temple to represent that we are the state capital and symbols representing music, healthcare, and education.
Y’all, Nashville Needs a New Flag.
Q: Why does this matter to you?
It's a good time to start these conversations about updating our city icons and our seals and our flags to kind of represent us going to that new age, that new century.
How Immigrants and Transplants Are Redefining Nashville Cuisine
Q: Do you notice any cultural gaps in Nashville in the food scene?
I know that there is Thai food all over Nashville, but I have not yet had enough Thai food experiences here compared to what I experienced up north.
How Immigrants and Transplants Are Redefining Nashville Cuisine
Q: What do you wish New Yorkers, or anyone else that may have preconceived notions about Southern cooking or the South in general, what would you say to them?
I would encourage you to try more than one example of any Southern dish and just become aware that there are so many ways of making these Southern foods, just like there are so many Southern accents, because the South is not monolithic.
Unpacking the Terrible Voter Turnout, New ICE Dragnet Footage, and Shutdowns Everywhere
Q: What do you think the low voter turnout indicates about Nashville politics?
It shows that some folks are really just focused on making ends meet and losing faith in politicians.
