Such informative interviews. Love this podcast!!!
Excellent podcast! Very informative and fun to listen to; love it!
Thank you! I’m excited about this podcast!
I have high hopes for this podcast! The information is applicable to circus training and beyond. I’ve been able to incorporate some of the information I’ve learned here into my training and I’ve seen gains!!! Definitely hoping to see an episode on contortion/flexibility soon! It’s empowering to understand the building blocks of strength and skills so that I feel like my training has direction instead of just doing things over and over until I want to cry. :)
Thanks Koz!
