去每个城市都逛菜市场,到了食材最丰富的城市,菜市场我连逛三天!
逛了一天最网红也最好看的「大观篆新农贸市场」,逛了一天野生菌集散地「木水花市场」,最后爱上了「东华新迎农贸市场」。这里真好啊,像是把整个云南都搬进来了。
云南地大物博食材丰富大家当然知道啦,每次来云南,感觉在餐厅吃到的食物都很陌生,但又怪有滋味的。这种感觉就好像我走过一片片的田野和树林,地上长出来的、树上结着的,都能顺手薅下来吃(不是,这很危险,不能这么做)。

《一饭封神》无疑是近年来国内最热门的美食综艺,阵容强大,制作精良,出品偶有惊喜。但它同时也是一档极具争议的综艺,从几乎像素级复制原版节目《黑白大厨》开始,这档综艺就给人一种声势浩大,但底气不足的感觉。
我相信这档综艺没有剧本,因为剧本编不出这么真实的餐饮行业问题。但也因为太过真实,我和我的朋友们在观看综艺的过程中,没怎么开胃,血压倒是飙了好几次。最后还是没忍住,录了这一期。

我从不劝人少吃。夏天就想着写些开胃的菜谱,日常食材的常见做法吃腻了,就琢磨着换点新花样。目的只有一个:希望大家能多吃一点,吃多一点。
「多吃一点,吃多一点」当然是种能力,一块肉、一条鱼、一颗蛋,日常容易买到的食材就这么些,想吃得简单但有滋味确实不是一件容易的事儿。但它同时也是一种希望,在日常的琐碎里抽空琢磨一会儿下顿饭要吃什么,买到新食材、看到新菜谱时惦记着要找机会试一试。哪怕每天的生活轨迹差不太多,也会因为这份小小的却很容易被满足的期待,让日子变得有些不同。

感觉每次不管节目里还是书里提到北方,都完全没考虑山东!因为我们海产丰富,所以提到什么带鱼啊蒸鱼啊之类的都是现在漂泊在外的我们对于童年的美好回忆啊!
刚听了最新一期72关于对食物的语言描述,真的好有意思!刚才刷到小红书上有人把西湖的水形容为“好肥美”,配图是一张近景的非常浓绿的有些汹涌起伏的水波,确实很肥美哈哈,瞬间就想到播客里聊到的那些奇奇怪怪的对食物味道的形容,用文学上的术语来形容,应该算是一种通感吧。
不仅是聊美食 也是从美食中聊城市的发展变迁 人的生活习惯 蕴含的情感等等 很有深度又很有内容 声音也很好听!
