第一次从生鲜平台上买到喜欢的食材时，我特别开心！不用出门，不用拎菜，不用讨价还价。过去要跑好几家店才能凑齐的一桌菜，现在动动手指就能送到家。但没过多久就被打了脸。送上门的食材有时候不太新鲜，有时候实际重量和我想象的分量完全不一样，甚至会遗漏关键配料，整顿饭的计划都不得不临时调整。

人总是对下一个人生阶段有很多美好想象。比如年轻的时候没什么钱，总盼着长大之后口袋充实了，可以出去多吃点好的。比如小时候的家庭餐桌总被爸妈控制，大人的忌口干脆不做，小孩的忌口却被按头硬吃。于是铆足了劲儿决定，等独立之后没人管了，多晚也要叫外卖！螺蛳粉要连吃一礼拜！

至于「配料表干净」是从什么时候开始成为一个评判标准的，好像也很难找到一个明确的时间点。可能是经历过一些食品安全事件之后，大家对食品生产环节变得不那么信任；也有可能是随着市面上有了越来越多的「少添加」产品，消费者发现有了更多的选择；更有可能是因为这些年健康意识不断提升，大家越来越关注自己到底吃了些什么。
