而一旦被贴上这个标签，它就很容易变成一个争吵的话题，或者说流量密码吧。只要标题里出现「**城市果然是美食荒漠」，评论区肯定能吵起来。本地人当然不服气啦，马上列举一大堆自己从小吃到大的食物和老店。但外地人和来这座城市的打工人，也确实有自己的苦处：在一座城市生活了好几年，还是找不到几家值得反复吃的餐厅。更别提商场里的连锁餐厅和外卖软件，看起来选择很多，吃来吃去都一个味儿。

在吃饭和书写食物这件事儿上，好朋友黑麦是我的前辈。
听过「厨此以外」的朋友们应该可以get到黑麦好玩的地方：他接梗又密又快还能翻番儿，记得所有和小学同学一起吃的饭局，喝完酒睡着了锤二十分钟门也叫不醒他……总之，他吃得多，吃得早，记性好，人也总是乐呵呵的。我唯一比他强的地方，就是我不痛风。

不知不觉，潮汕牛肉火锅已经火了十几年。
先是在电影里看到弹得可以打乒乓球的牛肉丸，夸张中带有一丝合理；到第一次在潮汕当地吃到极致新鲜、精准分割的不同牛肉部位的那种惊艳；再到后来一次次在外地吃潮汕牛肉火锅，却又总觉得差点意思。
对商家来说，潮汕牛肉是一门生意，也是一条环环相扣的供应链。而在爱吃这口的人眼里，它更是关于食物的艺术：用时间和距离浓缩新鲜，又用刀工解释了一头牛的无数种可能，实在是……非常了不起。
