半个多月前，我在小红书上陆续被两条帖子at了出来。一条标题叫《妈妈，后来我发现，做饭是不必给人立规矩的》，讲的是一个从小不吃姜的女孩子被笼罩在「妈妈觉得你该吃姜」的阴影下的故事。另一条标题叫《我的味觉，是朋友养出来的》，从小不吃姜的女孩子和同样不爱吃姜的室友们住到一起之后，开启了猪脚饭、猪杂粥和卤水火锅的新世界。室友想吃，那大家就一起吃啦，吃饭就是这么简单易行，不必强行赋予太多的目的、价值和意义。

足够大众的餐厅，很难把细节做到极致，而精致餐饮又总归不那么接地气，这么多年的觅食经历已经让我习惯并默认了这套隐形规则。控制成本、稳定出品和服务到位，没有哪家餐厅不想达到这三者的平衡，但是更好的出品和服务本来就意味着更高的成本。
所以当我突然发现有这么一家餐厅好像真的兼顾了这个不可能三角，我的第一反应是：不可思议，很难想象他们是怎么做到的。能达到这种突破惯性认知的结果，一定意味着不同寻常的解法。规则首先需要被一点点撬动，而平衡永远依赖更多支点。
