刚刚看完《给阿嬷的情书》之后，我没想到它票房能这么高。就像聊这期节目之前，我也没想到电影里关于潮汕的食物可以展开这么多。
作为一个精神潮汕人，如果让我用几个词来形容潮汕食物的气质，我第一时间能想到的是：平实、融合和回甘。
潮汕很多食材都是信手拈来，很多菜式的发明创造也来源于废物利用。靠山吃山，靠水吃水，这些食物渐渐演变成了如今的潮汕美食日常，每天吃也吃不腻。
潮菜并非一套固守成规的体系，它海纳百川，从历史、从外界都能吸收各种元素并化为己用，在流动中变化和传承，沉淀并发酵成现在的味道。

在一个家里，厨房可能是劳动强度最高的空间。不同于卧室、客厅等等以休息和简单活动为主的区域，厨房有更复杂的动线，也需要支撑长时间和连续性的烹饪劳作。在其他空间的停留都可以是休整躺平，只有厨房，一进厨房就是各种各样的劳动。
厨房里的劳动既繁琐又充满细节：取食材、摘菜、备菜、切配、转身、开火烹饪、洗刷锅碗瓢盆……这些看似细小的动作，日复一日地不断消耗着我们的身体和精气神。一旦厨房设计用起来不顺手，分分钟就不想做饭了——没法好好切菜就是因为台面高度不舒服，再切久一点腰都要断了，这种感觉谁懂？

我逛过很多很多次菜市场。
大多数时候是在清晨。摊贩们还在忙着卸货、理货，菜市场门口有点堵，车前车后，人来人往，还夹杂着周围学校着急送孩子上学的喇叭声。有时候得站在摊前等一会儿，才能凑齐想买的菜。偶尔也会在午后去溜达一圈，这会儿人少，经常能看到摊贩们在吃简单的午餐，间隙招呼一下客人。一顿饭吃得断断续续的，天气冷的时候，碗里的菜一会儿就凝住了。
