  • Too much filler (no pun intended)

These ladies are wonderfully talented, like able and obviously intelligent. There’s just too much fuller in each episode for me. I want to get to the point, obtain the data and move on. Banter and repeated ads for their skincare line takes up too much of my time so I’m going to take a break from this pod. A lot of reviewers have issues with the host’s voices/audio. • Finally!

Love a deep dive into antioxidants, and these two definitely delivered on the Bakuchiol episode. I hope they cover topical melatonin in skincare and affordable products that have it.

  • Could be better

I really wanted to enjoy this podcast more (I love their book) but I found it very hard to listen to. They tend to ramble quite a bit, make bad jokes, and go off topic. This makes it hard for me to understand what they’re even saying at times. I continue to listen because they do talk about interesting and important topics, but it’s almost unbearable to listen to at times.
