  • No more animal facts please. Less giggling.

I really enjoy the content of this podcast and try so hard to listen to it. However I would like to suggest that there be less giggling and laughing. Sometimes I can’t hear what they’re saying because one of them is laughing. Also I don’t understand why they add in the animal section. If I wanted to listen to a podcast about animals I would listen to a different podcast. I hate to be critical and have never rated any podcast before but I really really would like to hear what they have to say bu... more

  • Baby voice makes it too hard

I love the content and find it very informative, but I can’t stand Gloria’s baby voice. I wish she would lean away from the cutesy pronunciation thing. Unfortunately I have to unfollow.

    Just buy their book instead

  • Love this!

Have been really enjoying the podcast, it is informative and enjoyable. Surprised to read some of the negative reviews. Love the animal fun fact segment, it helps break up the monotony, otherwise there is a risk of this turning into a boring lecture. It is very easy to understand the content and I for one enjoy the light banter. Ads are part of the free podcasts and as a fellow woman I am happy to support the hustle. Truly appreciate the effort, keep it up. Thank you!

#117: Hydroquinone and Some Comparison Actives
Q: When you say resolution of their hyperpigmentation, is it like what degree?
The degree is based on the dermatologists' assessment, generally moving from severe to mild levels of hyperpigmentation.
#87: Is Glycerin the BEST humectant hydrator out there?
Q: Is it more hydrating than hyaluronic acid? Which is better for hydration?
For instant hydration, glycerin would be better. Hyaluronic acid has shown that long-term, it can actually be more helpful.

Q: Can there be too much glycerin? What's the percentage to look for?
Glycerin is tested as low as 5% and all the way up to about 20%. It's hard to overdo it. None of these papers showed any signs of people experimenting any sort of irritation from glycerin.
#88: Can Urea Replace Your AHAs?
Q: Is 10% a good percentage in moisturizers?
5% to 10% is great for moisturizers.
#88: Can Urea Replace Your AHAs?
Q: Does urea stop being effective for psoriasis after a while?
That sounds like a better question for your dermatologist.
