Checking In Replay_ The Boujee Banker
Q: How can someone balance enjoying life with staying on a budget?
A budget should enable freedom, not restriction. Plan for meaningful, regular pleasures (like one annual trip) and fund them monthly, while directing excess toward debt payoff and emergency savings to maintain long-term peace of mind.

Q: What's one step someone can take right now to start improving their money situation?
Start with a hard, honest conversation about money, identify triggers, and set healthy boundaries. Then translate positive financial reasons into your plan and implement if-then strategies to replace impulsive spending with calming activities.

Q: What are the core pillars of awakening in your framework?
Self-awareness, self-honesty, energetic responsibility, and permission to grieve, all of which help you recognize what is truly yours and release what is not.
Reset, Regulate, Reclaim: Understanding Your Nervous System
Q: How does a person know when the nervous system needs to be reset?
Recognizing symptoms like anxiety, sleep issues, and chronic pain can indicate the need for a reset.
Reset, Regulate, Reclaim: Understanding Your Nervous System
Q: What made you dive so deep into the nervous system?
I saw many patients with chronic health conditions and realized that emotional health often correlates with physical health.
