Mohnish consistently gives some of the best and most entertaining advice about investing! For me, he is easily the best story-teller of all investors. These stories really illuminate the points that he makes about the philosophy behind his investments. Not only will you learn some good ideas about what to do with your money, but you can pick up effective mental models for how to live your life in general!
Mohnish is like a rich Grandpa, dispelling nuggets of wisdom here and there. The best things in the podcast have nothing to do with money, and everything to do with how to structure your life outside the balance sheet. He does say some contradicting stuff, but rudimentary logic will help you cut through that. He changed the trajectory of my life, I like to joke he pulled me out of sub 200 level consciousness (iykyk). More Power to you!
Mohnish shares excellent anecdotes and insights to hit home key points. If one clones his ideas, they are very likely to become a better investor and an even better human.
Thank you for sharing these interactions!
Have been following Mohnish when I came across his name reading Guy Spiers book “The Education of Value Investor”, his knowledge and fundamentals in investing are too deep.
Bought his book “The Dhando Investor”, loving evey page of it.
Keep up the good work Mohnish!
