I am a Labor and Employment attorney in the U.S. trying to educate myself on this form of discrimination that is little known among American lawyers and Human Resources professionals. This is a very helpful resource for professionals who are tasked with preventing workplace discrimination. Americans need a lesson on this issue. It is an unaddressed problem.
This podcast is absolutely essential if we are to make progress in getting rid of this codified system of discrimination which is supposedly divinely ordained.
