    I have a great respect for this podcast. Thank you for the audacity and courage to speak on such a sensitive topic. This podcast has been very eye opening and enlightening.   • Eye Opening

    I am a Labor and Employment attorney in the U.S. trying to educate myself on this form of discrimination that is little known among American lawyers and Human Resources professionals. This is a very helpful resource for professionals who are tasked with preventing workplace discrimination. Americans need a lesson on this issue. It is an unaddressed problem.

  • Absolute necessity

    This podcast is absolutely essential if we are to make progress in getting rid of this codified system of discrimination which is supposedly divinely ordained. Too many times in International discourse this system is justified as just another natural class system which it is not. The fact that caste is negatively impacting people even in the US which is the Mecca of democracy and equality is alarming. This is a land people have always flocked to for its civil liberties.
