I didn't like this one very much. The reporting duo worked together and the show kicks off well. At a certain point, the reporter Christina talks about "all the people she's lost along the way", yet only 1 person has died... And it's been only 4 days since she's started reporting. I might have these details wrong, but these rubbed me the wrong way while listening. It just felt weird and out of place. This podcast left me a little confused. First off, the lead actors are awful. Their acting is reminiscent of someone doing reading something rather than saying it; there is little emotion or engagement with the material. When the reporter does display any emotion, it’s either an inappropriate, giggly mocking tone that makes no sense or a weak faux outrage. Further, that same character supposedly lives in a U.S. town, but pronounces “sorry” like a Canadian and mispronounces “Nevada.”

The voice acting is so bad. I can normally withstand it for a good story but the plot is subpar at best. Just listen to Limetown. It’s the same thing but better.
A lot of things happen very quickly but few things are well explained.
