  • Amazing Pod

So informational and entertaining. This podcast would be a 5 star for me but it’s hard to get through listening to Dangilo’s contributions with the repetitive “you know” and overuse of “like.” Doctor Carlton is succinct even when sharing personal anecdotes. More of that from everyone would help the podcast be more enjoyable.

  • Winning formula

Dr Carlton and Dangilo have such a great show, being informative and fun. Answering the questions many people are afraid to ask. It can be hard talking about your health, and these guys make it easy for those listening. 5 stars, and I’m playing catch up from episode 1 (at #5 now)

Q: What is post-bottom fever and should someone be worried?
Post-bottom fever is not a formal diagnosis, but persistent fever or severe symptoms after anal activity should prompt medical evaluation for possible infections or abscesses.
Bottom Fever Dreams- 101
Q: Do you think that some of that might be mental as well?
Yes, psychological factors often play a significant role in sexual function, and addressing mental health through therapy can be important alongside physical evaluations.
Gay Bttm Death Grip- 97
Q: Hey, PHP, I have a unique gay question I can't seem to find an answer to online. Is the so‑called gay bottom death grip actually a thing?
The hosts acknowledge that a bottoming or topping routine can lead to changed sensation and delayed ejaculation, but they emphasize there's no universal rule; the key is adjusting stimulation, slowing down, and experimenting with grip, pace, and alternative stimulation to retrain the body.
Turning Point U.S. GAY with Lauren Banall A.K.A Erica Qwerk - 90
Q: Okay, so Lauren, where did Erica Qwerk come from and how did you turn it into a business?
Erica emerged from pulling inspiration from culture and a desire to reflect it back through drag; the online attention exploded, prompting merch, fundraising (ACLU), and live performances that extended the reach beyond social media.
