以下是聽完這集的一些心得,覺得可以換個角度看看。
法幣持續貶值是個長期現象,因為各國政府不斷增發貨幣。有錢人會想辦法把手中的法幣轉換成優質資產,隨著法幣貶值,他們的資產相對更值錢。從這個角度來看,法幣的價值逐漸下滑,而台灣的基本薪資卻完全跟不上這種貶值速度,這也是買不起房的重要原因之一。
我們應該著眼於提升自己的收入,並爭取獲得更多優質資產,而非單靠政府(已經不指望了),雖然政府確實有需要改進的地方,但只要全球經濟持續增長,這種趨勢很難逆轉。
很喜歡內容、對談方式和整個氣氛,但是聲音會忽然很大聲,耳朵很痛,很可惜
