Capgras Syndrome, also known as “Imposter Delusion” is a rare psychological condition in which the affected person holds the belief that a close loved one has been replaced by an identical imposter.
Walking Corpse Syndrome, also know as Cotard's Delusion or Cotard's Syndrome, is a rare mental disorder in which the affected person holds the delusional belief that they are dead and/or actively rotting away.
Love the amount of info they pack into ~20 minutes. Two fun engaging hosts who keep it light but respectful while discussing some really fascinating brain disorders.
This podcast is simply wonderful. It’s so descriptive that’s is practically a visual podcast. Hands down my favorite part is the musical medications. I’ve started a new game where I take a drink every time Brandon tells Rose that she’s beautiful. This podcast packs so much comedy and information into 20 minutes! Highly recommend!
Loving it! Lighthearted and informative, with fascinating subject matter. Looking forward to hearing more!
Very fun hosts and I love the concept of the show! Very well produced and I can’t wait to hear more interesting topics!
Really interesting topic and very thoroughly researched. Didn’t expect to find myself laughing out loud as much considering the subject matter and I think that says something. Was definitely handled with care! Love the chemistry of the hosts as well!
One of my favorite past times the last 4 yeas was asking myself, “What the heck are people thinking?” This podcast scratches that itch with soothing voices.
Great podcast, interesting subject about how the brain works.
That was fascinating. Reminded me of Oliver Sachs. You do a great job especially with pronouncing some of the words and explaining complicated concepts. Interesting explaining the concept as the opposite of Bruce Willis in The Sixth Sense.
I can’t wait for more episodes of this podcast. The hosts are engaging and easy to listen to, and they manage to talk about the topic in a well-researched, respectful manner while still bringing energy and lightness to the podcast. I found myself wanting to keep going once the episode ended. Looking forward to future episodes!
