This is a fantastic in-depth podcast focused on wine and drinks. The title might suggest it's only about China, but that's not the case. I especially enjoyed the episodes featuring Jasper Morris discussing Burgundy and climate change, as well as the one covering Chinese wines from the Ningxia region.
