  • This Podcast Just Gets It

I started listening when I was expecting, and it hits differently now that I’m actually in it. Motherhood is beautiful but also exhausting and emotional, and I love that Sarah talks about all of it — not just the highlight reel. Thanks for making such a relatable podcast🤍

  • Grounded in Reality

I just want to say I love listening to this podcast as a new-ish mom. I loved Sarah’s approach to the new year’s reset and goal setting. Sometimes it feels like the mom content out there is all or nothing or sooo aspirational it’s not real for the “everyday” person. Sarah inspires me but also makes me feel like I’m not alone. Us moms carry so much and we’re doing our best! Thank you!! ❤️❤️

  • Thank you, Sarah!

Thank god for this podcast! Sarah was my lifeline of not feeling alone during my first and second pregnancy and beyond! If you need a pregnancy and mom podcast bestie - Sarah is it! Our kids are similar in age so hearing her stories made me feel so seen. She was like the best friend you always want to call to share experiences and vent together. Thank you for sharing your perinatal depression experience too 🙏🏼
