I’m obsessed with Sarah and this podcast. She keeps it real - the pregnancy “TMI” topics are not off limits! - and I look forward to following along week by week! The only podcast I’m a *regular* with. :)
I listened to the OG Bottle Service with my first and now pregnant with my second and I love “2nd time around”! Hearing Sarah’s thoughts and feelings around it all is a breath of fresh air and I enjoy getting to the next week in my pregnancy and kicking the week off with the podcast! Thanks to Sarah for sharing it all and bumping along with us!
I bumped along with Sarah her second time around and went back to listen to all her original pods. Hearing her articulate the same feelings and emotions I was having in a fun, honest, and raw way helped me get through some tough spots of pregnancy. I’ve recommended it to all my newly preggo friends and even had my husband listen! Thanks so much Sarah!
I’ve loved following along with Sarah as I go through my own pregnancy! Great to get some insights into what to expect and to hear more about her experience (which has been very different from mine!).
I would give 5 stars, but dropped to 4 stars because of some of the controversial content she shares from Emily Oster’s books around alcohol (Doctors and the ACOG still say none due to the spectrum disorder risks). She also fails to flag this as controversial.
I love this podcast. Sarah keeps it real and makes you feel like you’re not alone in pregnancy. Super relatable and great tips every week. I recommend this podcast to all of my friends who are pregnant.
