  • Where ambition meets motherhood

This isn’t just another business podcast layered with tactics and quick wins. It’s a much more honest exploration of what it actually looks like to build something meaningful while navigating the very real identity shifts, constraints, and expansions that come with motherhood.

Cait has a way of holding both worlds at once…the ambition and the humanity.

What I appreciate most is how the show doesn’t default to “do more” energy. Instead, it invites a different kind of leadership… one that’s root... more

  • Direct, high-level strategy for ambitious parents

The Millionaire Mother delivers exactly what the title suggests. It’s less about "balance" and more about intentionality and wealth-building. No fluff, no filler; just high-level strategy for women who are serious about their bank accounts and their families. Highly recommended for the ambitious parent.

  • A Powerful Reminder That You’re Allowed to Dream Bigger as a Mother

The Millionaire Mother Podcast is a powerful, permission-giving listen for women who refuse to choose between motherhood and meaningful success.

How to Build a Business Around Your Life (Not the Other Way Around) with Danielle Canty
Q: What has your experience been like going from one child to two, and what surprised you most about that transition?
The shift is massive and personal; one-to-two changes everything—from attention allocation to sleep, emotion, and logistics. It stretches capacity in ways you can't anticipate, and you learn to adapt by embracing imperfect moments, leaning on your support systems, and redefining what success looks like for this new phase.
The Grief No One Talks About in Motherhood (And Why It Matters More Than You Think) with Natalie Brunswick
Q: How do you help parents manage their window of tolerance in the early years with a highly sensitive child?
We focus on understanding the child's needs, validating their experience, and expanding the parent's window of tolerance through self-awareness, trauma-informed parenting, and community supports so that parents can respond rather than react to stressors.
The Grief No One Talks About in Motherhood (And Why It Matters More Than You Think) with Natalie Brunswick
Q: What is the antidote you see for the common mislabeling of grief as postpartum depression?
The antidote is education and witnessing of grief—recognizing it as a real, valid experience and providing spaces, rituals, and compassionate support to process it rather than rushing to medication alone.
The Grief No One Talks About in Motherhood (And Why It Matters More Than You Think) with Natalie Brunswick
Q: Natalie, welcome to the show. Could you share how your professional and personal paths converged to lead you to this work?
My clinical training in occupational therapy and trauma work, combined with my own postpartum experiences and breakthroughs in healing, pushed me to create supports for families. I moved from clinical practice into perinatal therapy and then built programs to help parents unhook from rigid expectations, especially around sleep and parenting a sensitive child.
You're Not Broken: Pelvic Floor Healing, Birth Trauma, and the Missing Education for Moms with Jessica London
Q: Why is vaginal birth not the only path to pelvic floor issues, and how does C-section fit in?
Both birth methods can affect the pelvic floor; issues can arise from the pregnancy itself and the birth process, so rehab should address whole-body function, not just the pelvic floor.
