As a writer/therapist I find this podcast so practical and (actually) helpful. Fran and Bethany have so much experience and bring insight and practical advice to the often mysterious world of non fiction publishing. Working on a book proposal for my second book (related to ADHD) and finding their book proposal guide to be very grounding!
Wonderfully enjoyable interviews with authors who share about their process and unique publishing journeys. I’m loving the insights and optimism!
I loved « The Myth of the Nice Girl » and « Strange Situation », they both helped me navigate my journey as a mother and in my career. The timing of this podcast is fantastic, as I embark on my own book writing adventure. Listening to Fran and Bethany and their amazing guests feels like being supported by wise and generous sisters. Thank you for the insights, for the thoughtful questions and answers - I look forward to new episodes!
Bethany and Fran ask great questions that help their guests open up and tell it like it is. Their warmth is inviting and insights are intelligent. Can’t wait to listen to the next episode!
This podcast has been so helpful for reconnecting to the craft and the tactics when I find myself drifting or getting pulled out of my writing momentum by the multitude of life’s demands. This has been a great weekly reset for me! Please keep them coming!
