The podcast is a great listen for not only reviews of boardgames, presented in a relaxed and in-depth manner that give you the feel of the game from several view points, but also for interviews of many boardgame luminaries providing a fascinating glimpse behind the curtain.
Brilliant interviews, plenty of larfs and insightful dissection of games. Textbook!
Well-produced with a great mix of after-action reviews of games old and new and a smattering of interviews with game designers. The interviews are pretty in-depth and likely to be of significant value to would-be designers. Audio quality and editing is significantly better than the majority of longer-established and better-funded podcasts.
