My go to podcast, very insightful. Especially love the Reviewing the News series with Cody. You should think of adding “Cody’s suffer fest” a permanent segment.
A really cool conversation. The mogul event in 2002 Salt Lake Olympics was heart breaking. Yes, the dinner roll was the icing on the cake of probably the best mogul run I’ve ever seen. - Lighting
Not every podcast is a 5star but there are plenty in there and as a whole for a network to listen to on ski equipment technical discussions and news on subjects affecting our sport and lifestyle, 5 star all the way. Dedicated listener and critic here.
From the leftist political perspectives to the hypocrisy concerning Johnathan & Cody’s climate footprint as they capitalize profit while telling everyone else they need to reduce their footprint the hypocrisy is outstanding! Stick to skiing & gear!
Long over due rating. Been listening for years and always get reminded to write a review then by the time I get to a place I can I forget. Not today! Keep up the great work love all your channels, except maybe crafted as I end up spending more money:) thanks for being balanced and offering different perspectives.

Episodes balance technical sport analysis with broader culture, from backcountry safety and gear debates to deeper dives into literature, representation of women in skiing, and industry trends. Noteworthy is the show's mix of elite athletic insight, thoughtful media analysis, and a willingness to tackle politics and social issues within the outdoor world, often through long-form interviews and recurring news segments. This combination makes it especially compelling for listeners who want nuanced perspectives on skiing, mountaineering, publishing, and mountain-town life, with a steady cadence o... more
