I love the new format and jumping into your personal struggle with addiction, music and MMA. I have picked up some new music to listen to.
I’ve lifted weights as part of my routine over the years but I’m not an experienced lifter, but this podcast is very easy to follow and helpful. You can tell Mike genuinely wants to help his listeners. He’s motivating and funny and everything I need from this kind of podcast.
