I like Björk's early albums most, the later ones are not so accessible for me.
Now I found out her speaking voice alone is mesmerizing. Listening to her on this podcast was so interesting and gave me much more context. That motivated me to listen to all her albums again. She’s such a fascinating and deep person in the conversations, I really have come to appreciate her art more.
This show highlights one of the most important artists of all time
An unmatched artist, activist and an incredible singer songwriter. No one can compare to bjork and her raw music, I can listen to her talk all day everyday. Her music is inspiring and one of a kind. A true visionary artist and one of the best in the last century.
This makes me soooooo happy its such a wonderful podcast! I am super hopeful that there will be a second season and wishful thinking: i hope there are multiple episodes about dancer in the dark!! 💚🦋💗 i also hope she goes more into her fashion and makeup artistry/inspirations
This is the best podcast series I have ever listened to - Bjork’s creative process is astounding- I regret not knowing about this podcast prior to seeing Bjork perform at the Perth Festival earlier this year. I am now on a mission to revisit all of Bjork’s cd’s in chronological order and have a much greater understanding and appreciation of her music, knowing the back story. I really hope she continues to add episodes as she releases new music.
