    I found this podcast and it’s host as I do all new bjj things I find from bjj mental models, but I must say this podcast has reinvigorated my desire to train through helping reframe my why and the way I look at bjj. After four plus years of multiple two a days and the focus on becoming a coach (not to mention life stress) I found myself injured and burnt with little desire to train.
