  • Good but not great...

The topics are wide ranging & relevant, but David Golay has no business hosting or interviewing. His pause every 5-7 words is madness, and guests / listeners think he stopped talking. Worse his constant intros & use of "well, uh, well" and "I guess we'll see" is audio fingernails on the chalkboard. Dude is unlistenable

  • Although there have been some interesting guest interviews, this pod is turning into "motor bikes & big batteries" so it's time for me to move on. If you want to shred trails at high speed on motor bikes you might like it.

After 20+ pods I can say the topics are wide ranging & relevant, but David Golays habit of pausing every 3-5 words is maddening and he says "well, uh... well, uh... I guess we'll see" so much it's nearly unbearable. It breaks up conversation and alters what guests are saying because they think he has stopped talking… fix this & it's very good pod.

  • Very Good and...

After 10-15 pods I can say the topics here are wide ranging & relevant, well done. David's habit of pausing every 3/5/10 words is maddening however. That's a petty topic but delivery matters. It breaks up the flow of conversation and even alters what guests are saying because they think he has stopped talking… fix this & it's 5-star pod.
