Beyond the body podcast has given me a different perspective on many different topics. And I love listening to Christina talk about real life issues when it comes to body image, health and fitness and so much more! She gives a no BS approach to her listeners and I like that. There’s enough sugar coating in the world and topics like these shouldn’t be. Love listening in and having her suggest older ones I will find beneficial. I will continue listening to these even after being a client!
Beyond the Body is exactly what the name says. It goes way past workouts and the physical side of fitness and really gets into the mindset and mental side that actually keeps you going the
long term. Christina breaks down different perspectives, tips, science, and real life stuff that matter when you are trying to stay consistent and feel good in your body.
What I love most is how real it is. Christina and her guests share their actual struggles, challenges, and what helped them move forward. ... more
Starting fitness at 40 years old was hard, but doable! Fitness at 64 is another ball of wax! Christina makes me think “outside of the box”. Super talented speaker and also very intelligent and not hard on the eyes at all! I have listened to many of her podcasts and will continue. I feel like I am having coffee with her and just having a conversation with me! I actually joined Cut & Conquer about 3 months ago after listening to many episodes, and so very happy I did.
Looking forward to the course after learning what is in The course. Christina is very informative speaker.
This podcast is exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Christina brings such raw honesty and realness to every episode it feels like a deep conversation with a friend who just gets it. Whether she’s talking mindset, fitness, or the tough stuff, I always feel inspired and more grounded. If you’re ready to level up your life without the fluff, this is the show for you.

The show centers on deep inner work around body image, mindset, and behavior change, with a strong emphasis on psychology behind habits like binge eating and perfectionism within fitness and life. Episodes routinely blend personal stories, coaching experiences, and practical tools to help listeners move beyond surface-level goals, challenging conditioning and embracing discomfort to foster lasting change.
