They just talk and be awesome and discuss the news thoughtfully. Not a replacement for actual news, but it’s more news commentary and laughing at the world going to heck in a hand basket.
I’m well acquainted with the Babylon Bee and Not the Bee (and I miss Disrn), and this podcast brings it to life. A realistic look at the insanity of this world without crass humor, offered by real human beings I can relate to - not robots with a script sitting in front of them.
God bless the Babylon Bee and Not the Bee, and may we someday be able to tell which is which!
Why so much talk about cults?
I’ve enjoyed every episode! The topics are interesting, the folks don’t interrupt each other, they’re smart and funny. Plus, they speak clearly so when I’m driving, I can still understand them!
The description makes it sound more fun and interesting than it really is. It's a rehash of the last week's news by mostly charmless and indistinguishable hosts. It's an hour of 2-6 hosts (they all sound the same except the woman so who knows how many there are) agreeing with each other while clutching their pearls and trying to sound like they're above this sort of thing. I've heard worse podcasts, but I've heard many better ones.
