Best podcast ever for anyone on a healing and self-betterment journey!!
Dr. Aria has a good thing going here. It’s a start, moving an audience from tiktok and instagram into the podcast space. Most recently I listened to the episode in grief. It speaks to a shared human experience. She talks not just as a medical person, but as a person. Sharing her struggles and vulnerability. Speaking into the void of her microphone unknowing who might be listening in hopes it helps that listener understand that shared human experience.
Dr. Young talks about life and the struggles we face inwardly. She speaks from both her position as a professional and as a human being who is helping others find the healing and hope they need in a dark world. more
