  • A first rate insight for a consumer!

I came across this podcast whilst looking into having a heat pump installed and it’s been a fantastic education! It allowed me to really understand the technology, the quotations, how it should be installed and the challenges installers are facing. We were then confident to go ahead and now have a ASHP quietly doing its thing. I've almost listened to every one now and want to spread the word!

  • Another very clear summary of an important aspect of heat pumps, involving a conversation between experts avoiding much of the jargon so that non experts (like me) can understand. This one considers whether you should set different temperatures for rooms in your house, and explains something called 'weather compensation'.
