Eindelijk ben ik op Okinawa de blue zone om het geheim te ontdekken waarom mensen daar meer dan elders op de wereld gezond 100 jaar en ouder worden.
Dat positieve gezondheid meer is dan gezond eten en natuurlijk bewegen weet ik intussen wel maar de manier waarop dit concept hoog in de alpen van Japan is vormgegeven in een prachtige lodge en een bijzondere vorm van zorg maakt diepe indruk om me.
