Een prima podcast om te beginnen met hardlopen. Van bankhangen naar 5k lopen in een halfuurtje zonder blessures.
I’ve hated running my whole life. This podcast changed that. I now run for FUN 2-3 days a week after completing this podcast about six months ago. Focus on your heart rate to complete it. You should not be in your max heart rate zone - if you are SLOW down. I promise it’s worth it - time to build speed later. 😘 You’ve got this!
I usually made it to week 2 and would lose all confidence. I’m Proudhon to say on Nov 2 I started this and finished Christmas Day. I managed and I actually miss the voice that encouraged me all the way through. This was so worth it and feel stronger than ever. I didn’t think I could hold it but he really motivates you.
So far I’m halfway through and I did repeat week 3 as I didn’t feel ready after the three days a week. Def take the day break they say and drink water. But it’s working!
Well made and helpful for beginners. more
