Before I found this podcast my kids were struggling to sleep through the night. The first night the kids fell asleep very quickly and I noticed that they were sleeping way better (huge change). They started requesting it every night (even at grandmas who is not a believer) because they noticed a huge difference as well! I also suggest it to all my friends to add to their bedtime routine as I have seen the difference it has made for us!
