  • Lovely meditations.

    I love Vikram’s meditations!!

The simplicity of them in everyday life is also what gives them the important break and awareness I need in my hectic life.

I’m a person that can on some days complicate all the stuff that happens true the day and get caught in my head. Vikram reminds me that it’s no need for that, that I can be aware in the here and now.

The simple thing we all know, but so easily forget.

    Thank you. 💜

  • A real journey

I love the fact that the meditations provided are so “real” and applicable to life. They really embrace that meditation is something we DO.
