I’m a special education teacher of 24 years looking to transition to Instructional Design.     I stumbled upon Dr. Robin's "Become and IDOL" podcast when I was very first learning about Instructional Design. The first episode I ever listened to was her interview with a former secondary teacher who transitioned into an instructional design role. As a secondary teacher looking to leave the classroom, I was so inspired and full of hope. I had been losing faith that I would ever find a job outside of education, but this podcast has made me so hopeful. I immediately looked her up for more info... more

It was more like serendipity, as I was in India during COVID and wanted to understand why people struggle with measurement.
