I stumbled upon Dr. Robin's "Become and IDOL" podcast when I was very first learning about Instructional Design. The first episode I ever listened to was her interview with a former secondary teacher who transitioned into an instructional design role. As a secondary teacher looking to leave the classroom, I was so inspired and full of hope.
