    First - I need to thank Molly Parsons for sending me here. Second - Thank you Dr. Robin for providing so much valuable information for those working in education. I’m a special education teacher of 24 years looking to transition to Instructional Design. I’m grateful to have found this resource and more grateful to Learn just how valuable teachers skills are to becoming an Instructional Designer. I hope to participate in an IDOL training soon!

  • Life Changing!

    I stumbled upon Dr. Robin's "Become and IDOL" podcast when I was very first learning about Instructional Design. The first episode I ever listened to was her interview with a former secondary teacher who transitioned into an instructional design role. As a secondary teacher looking to leave the classroom, I was so inspired and full of hope. I had been losing faith that I would ever find a job outside of education, but this podcast has made me so hopeful. I immediately looked her up for more info... more
