  • Sometimes biased, Room for improvement

Please, Scott, get a microphone or headset. It’s clear he’s just calling in in on his phone. Also tends to lean into political bias whenever he says he wasn’t a never Trumper. Stick to facts. Also way too many episodes, many feel like paid ads, but some are good.

AI, Contract Intelligence, and Revenue Transformation in Healthcare with Mohnish Mohanty
Q: How do you balance innovation with execution in healthcare AI deployments?
The approach is to separate 'big bets' from iterative improvements: pursue 10x impact on enterprise-relevant problems by rethinking workflows end-to-end, while still delivering 2x gains on faster, smaller tasks to maintain momentum and trust.
Stroke readiness: Innovation through simulation-based training
Q: Dr. Motola, how did you prioritize or simplify the curriculum to make it accessible while maintaining clinical rigor?
The curriculum targets a broad audience of any healthcare professional who interacts with stroke patients, using a needs analysis and kernel-based design to balance essential knowledge with practical skills, while leveraging graphical, animated, and video content to aid pattern recognition and retention, all within an adaptive mastery framework that ensures true competency without a fixed time gate.
Strengthening Rural Healthcare and Leading with Purpose with Dennis Campbell II
Q: What leadership advice would you give evolving leaders?
Lead with purpose, stay connected to why the work matters, invest deeply in relationships, remember that leadership is about trust not position, listen and build meaningful connections, remain humble and curious to keep learning and growing.
Strengthening Rural Healthcare and Leading with Purpose with Dennis Campbell II
Q: What are you most focused on and excited about for the next six months?
We're building momentum toward a stronger, more resilient future by expanding access, expanding services like surgical care, cardiology, critical care, and oncology, while continuing to push patient safety, quality, and leadership development to sustain long-term impact.
Strengthening Rural Healthcare and Leading with Purpose with Dennis Campbell II
Q: Talk about, when you look at health care in the area you're in, what are some of the trends you're watching? What does staffing look like?
The most significant trend is the future of rural health care, including access and the rural care workforce; we're innovating with telehealth, remote monitoring, new care models, and building partnerships to develop pipelines with local colleges and the university.
