Set in a grim future, a Hacker relegated to dull security duty pokes around in a mystery that grows exponentially with every turn. Wehm’s world building is solid from the start, though is smoothest when it avoids familiar references. Lots of good points to be made about our silly make-work real world.
Great Story
Good mix of tech and mystery.
It had great a production narration easy to listen to it kind of had an abrupt ending I wish it had went on longer but it is what it is a very enjoyable great story thanx
I've listened to this more than once since my first download, tech fueled, cyberpunk, sci fi action at it's best, excellent story & really well presented...highly recommended!
Beautiful Red is an artwork that can make totally different impressions on each listener. Like good art, the author doesn’t throw meaning at you, but allows you to draw out your own. You might see prophetic messages, analogies to our current culture, or just enjoy the ride - whatever works for you. Thumbs up!
