  • No longer apolitical, fun listen rest of the time

I was tired of seeing politics everywhere so I searched for a politics-free podcast and this one came highly recommended. It definitely was that way in the beginning, even seemed like they gave their guests the heads up on that too. But now (and I only discovered this pod 3 months ago and have since caught up to April 2025) it’s getting more and more common to mention politics, and some guests bring it up a LOT. To the point there are atleast 3 eps I straight up skipped after 5 minutes because i... more

  • ER- non treatment

    Love you guys!

In regards to Scott’s ER non-treatment- I’m sorry that is unacceptable and you should have said 25 and made noise!

I also had a situation like that in NYC. I had convulsions and was non-responsive after a bone marrow biopsy (nicked something? I’ll never know) and I was rushed to the ER connected to office (took 20 minutes) and sat around for more than 5 hours not seeing any medical people. My insurance payed out plenty for that visit !

So, it’s not all about uninsured people not g... more
