其實，孩子的情緒控制與習慣養成，從出生六個月到兩歲就是關鍵期。三歲後情緒敏感度逐漸下降，五歲後發展趨於平穩。因此，父母的日常示範與陪伴非常重要。幼兒透過模仿學習，而語言則是表達情緒的重要工具。
