「シチュエーション飯」募集
友達同士、男女4人くらい。
昼に車で1時間くらいの郊外へ行き、
ロケーションのいいピザ屋さんでごはん。
そのあと遊んで、なんやかんや遊んでカフェにも寄って、
18時くらいに地元へ帰ってくる。
このあと夜ごはん、何食べるのが正解か？？
あなたなりの
「このシチュエーションならこれ！」
を教えてください。
今回は、春の山菜と、パテ・ド・カンパーニュに入っているピスタチオの話です。
前半は、実家で食べた山菜の天ぷらからスタート。
タラの芽、コシアブラ、ウド、ふきのとうなど、山菜って大人になると急にありがたくなるよね、という話から、「山菜がうまいのか、天ぷらがうまいのか？」という謎の深掘りへ。天ぷらって、衣で包んで揚げているようで、実は素材を蒸している料理なのかもしれない。山菜の香り、苦味、みずみずしさをどう食べるのがいいのか考えます。
後半はリスナーさんからのお便り。
